Cancellations and Refunds
Damaged Goods
Customers are requested to carefully check all goods at the time of delivery. The delivery or carrier's note should be signed noting any shortages or breakage. We regret we cannot accept claims for shortages or breakages not recorded in this way.
Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
Notification can be by email, mail or telephone within three working days of delivery.
Faulty Goods
If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit.
Notification must be given to us within 3 working days of delivery.
Incorrect Goods Delivered
We offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.
Notification must be given to us within 7 working days of delivery.
Cancelling your order
For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. A refund excluding delivery charges and after deducting the cost of return postage & packaging will be given, provided that the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing by the Customer Service Manager at Six Wines Eight, 100-102 Tower Bridge road, London SE1 4TP. Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days.
Wine Courses
In the event of cancellation full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 8 weeks before the date of the first session. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your place.
